Eventaly LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Runlo ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in through a third-party authentication provider, we receive your basic profile information from that provider.

Content You Provide

We collect and store the content you submit through the Service, including messages, notes, tasks, and other information you choose to provide.

Connected Services

If you choose to connect third-party services (such as email, calendar, or productivity tools), we access data from those services at your direction and on your behalf to provide the Service's functionality. You can disconnect these services at any time.

Messaging Channels

You may link messaging accounts (such as Discord, Telegram, or WhatsApp) to interact with the Service via direct messages. When linked, we receive and process messages you send to the Service through these channels. We store the link association (e.g., your platform user ID) and message content to provide the Service. You can unlink a messaging account at any time from your account settings.

API Access Tokens

You may generate API access tokens (MCP tokens) to connect external agents and tools to the Service. We store a hashed version of each token and associated metadata (name, creation date, last-used date). The plaintext token is shown to you once at creation and is not stored by us. You are responsible for keeping your tokens secure and may revoke them at any time.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number. We retain a payment processor identifier to manage your subscription.

Usage Information

We collect information about how you use the Service, including feature usage and service performance data, to operate and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your transactions and manage your subscription
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support
• Send you important service-related notices
• Enforce our Terms of Use and protect against misuse

4. AI Processing

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models to generate responses and process your content. Your messages and related content are sent to AI model providers to provide the Service's core functionality. For Flex Plan users, the Service uses the AI provider(s) they select. For Pro Plan users, the Service uses platform-managed AI providers, which we may change at any time. We recommend that you do not submit highly sensitive personal information (such as government-issued identification numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records) in your conversations.

5. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Data

We share your information, including data obtained from Google APIs, only in the following limited circumstances:

• AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic) — your messages and related content, including data from connected Google services, are sent to AI providers solely to generate responses and provide the Service's core functionality.
• Infrastructure and hosting providers (e.g., Fly.io, Supabase) — your data is stored and processed on servers operated by these providers.
• Authentication providers (e.g., Supabase Auth, Google) — basic profile information is exchanged to verify your identity.
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) — subscription and billing data is shared to process your payments.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including Google user data — to any third party. We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any parties unrelated to providing and maintaining the Service.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Eventaly LLC, our users, or the public.

6. Google User Data

When you connect Google services (such as Gmail or Google Calendar) to Runlo, we access your Google user data only at your direction and within the scopes you have authorized. Your Google user data is:

• Used only to provide and improve the Service's features that you have explicitly enabled (e.g., reading emails, creating calendar events on your behalf).
• Shared only with AI model providers as described in Section 5 above, solely to process your requests and generate responses.
• Not sold, transferred, or disclosed to any other third parties for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.
• Stored only as long as necessary to provide the Service. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration in your account settings or via your Google Account permissions.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive stored credentials and tokens. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and export your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication, session management, and storing your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
